Services are educational and not a substitute for formal certification programs.

3. Disclaimer — Not a Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will pass the PMP exam or achieve any specific result.

Your outcomes depend on multiple factors including preparation, experience, and external conditions. Testimonials do not guarantee similar results.

4. No Affiliation with PMI

Dynamic PM Solutions is independent and not affiliated with PMI. All references to PMP, PMI, and related terms are used strictly for educational context.

5. Registration and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for account security
  • We may suspend accounts for violations

6. Purchases, Payment, and Pricing

All payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe.

  • Prices may change at any time
  • Payment plans must be completed in full
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension

7. Refund Policy

Cohort Programs

  • Full refund up to 7 days before start
  • Within 7 days: refund minus $50 fee
  • No refunds after program starts

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

8. Program Conduct

  • Respectful and professional behavior required
  • No harassment or disruption
  • Confidentiality must be maintained

9. Intellectual Property

All materials are owned by Dynamic PM Solutions and may not be copied, shared, or reused without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynamic PM Solutions from claims arising from your use of the Services.
